Kennel is heated with radiant floor heating, and comes with central air conditioning. Currently we have no groomer, as ours moved to Central America. If you want to pursue that and set up some grooming revenue, there is a grooming room all set up with table and gear in the kennel. The cash flow seems low right now compared to volume because I am not working at the kennel, and payroll is higher then normal to cover all the needed hours. If you work there, cash flow goes up quite a bit the more you work as your payroll goes down. If you worked just 20 hours a week, you could add over $16,000 to the year end net profit. Or, you could be like me and just sit around and spend the money. :) I have lived for the past year and a half in Florida, with the employees running the kennel, and other then a few trips north to do projects or hire and train a new employee, it has been on auto pilot. We came to Florida to 'snow bird' it, but ended up staying down here full time to help my father. As a result the kennel is not getting the TLC it deserves.
