Wayne has expanded his business to include a national network of agents and brokers. Wayne values his client and investor relationships and has been able to navigate the challenges of tough negotiations through detailed analytical skills and a willingness to remain focused.

He incorporates creative financing as part of his toolkit, which has set him apart among his peers
and has helped build his reputation as an innovative professional. He also enjoys educating other
agents about the industry and providing advice for successful transactions.

Wayne is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, growing up with a strong work ethic and a desire
to be successful. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in finance from Robert Morris
University.

He enjoys paying it forward in his community and has been very active in supporting social good
efforts, working with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Strong in his faith and an
avid fitness enthusiast, Wayne is happily married and has one daughter.
