Farmers Insurance has expanded it's entry points to include scratch Agencies with our new Retail & Flex programs. We have also added a new Protégé Program for individuals who are interested in starting a business in insurance with a Mentor Agent. The Protégé program is a short 6-12 month program.
The Retail Program allows you to open a storefront office with licensed staff. This program has a 300% new business bonus, 60% annual bonus, $5k start-up bonus and $500 a month marketing bonus.
The Flex Program is a work from home option, including opting in our Service Assist program where Farmers assigns a licensed staff person. This program offers a 200% new business bonus, $300 a month marketing bonus and a $2500 start-up bonus.
Retail and Flex positions are limited based on pre-approval.
**We also have a small book of business for sale in Fort Worth (can be relocated to anywhere in the DFW area) with 300 policies in force. The Retail new business bonus of 300% will be attached to this book. Normally this bonus in only exclusive to the Retail Program but Farmers is being generous and allowing it for this Acquisition. It will not be available for very long.
