Background:
Joe Saad, Broker of record, owner & founder, moved to the USA & San Diego in Summer 1984 after having built a career in the Middle East and Europe in International Business. Since 1985, Mr. Saad started his Business Brokerage activity by becoming a partner in California Business Brokers. Through this company, Mr. Saad took an active part in the Business Brokers Exchange, the professional body representing the profession at the time, and continued since then being actively involved.
In 1987, Mr Saad split from CABB and started his own firm under the name
S & S Int'l Business Brokers, which ultimately was renamed Joe Saad & Associated in 1992.

- Past Vice-president and co-Founder of the Society of Business Brokers & Intermediaries, a Cal. State Organization.
