The forensic analysis and litigation services customers come from private individuals, building owners/managers and law firms, just to name a few sources. The engineering and architectural customer base comes from a large number of sources. They attract clients from the general public, commercial developers, new home builders and remodeling service companies.
Occasionally they provide forensic analysis to clients seeking compensation for structural litigation surrounding architectural and engineering projects. Not only is it profitable, but there is little competition that can claim the same experience in this business segment. This firm was one of the early businesses taking part in this specialized and very profitable work.
