Training & Support
The vast majority of our franchisees have no prior experience in home organization sales, design, or installation. All you need is a good work ethic, a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the desire to succeed. We offer 3-weeks of initial training (1 week virtual and 2 weeks in-person) at our Experience Center centrally located in Dallas, Texas. Training covers immersive product knowledge and sales, operations, and CRM, to comprehensive local area marketing programs, networking, and installation support.
From the start-up of your Tailored Closet franchise through the entire life of your business, the Franchise Support and Training Teams partner with you to help you achieve your goals by providing post-training and support including:
- Proactive coaching program that provides a smooth transition to the field and helps you follow The Tailored Closet business model from day one
- Proactive “Point of Sale” support with dedicated design specialists who help you through an apprenticeship program, reviewing every design and offering presentation prep and coaching to improve sales success
