The Grout Medic was founded in 1997 and has been franchising since 2001. We have over 35 franchisees across the United States and are growing rapidly. Our franchisees love being Grout Medic owners are willing to help fellow franchisees at any point in their growth phase.
Premium Service Brands acquired The Grout Medic, and with that comes over 100 years of leadership experience now offered to the Window Gang franchise system. We have streamlined systems and processes to help franchisees focus on scaling their business versus managing day-to-day activities. We also allow our franchisees to stack additional, complimentary Premium Service Brands franchise concepts in their territory to promote vertical growth.
Ideal Candidate
Franchisees can be owner-operators or semi-absentee. Our semi-absentee owners will hire a GM to attend training with them from the start. The GM oversees the day-to-day, including scheduling, estimates, following up on leads who never booked the service, networking, etc. The owner will manage the GM and ensure goals and plans are met. Out all-inclusive CRM allows the owner to have a very in-depth and clear picture of what is happening in their business at any time. It's cloud-based and can be accessed anywhere with Wi-Fi.
Franchisee’s responsibilities:
- Networking in the community. This can be huge!
- Sales and marketing (Zor manages SEOP, Zee manages PPC, etc.).
- Confirming teams are accurately deployed per the calendar for the da.
- Confirming inventory and materials are accurate for the coming 2 weeks
- Online review management
- Recruiting and placing ads for HR
