1983 — Origins: Rick Sikorski opens the first studio (originally called Fitness For Life), the seed of what becomes Fitness Together.
1996 — Franchise formed: Fitness Together Franchise Corporation is incorporated (Jan 25, 1996) to begin franchising the private-suite personal-training model.
