Coaches- Level I & Level II Certificate of FIRE Education offered (both hands-on). *Level I is required General Fitness Managers- Hands-on Certificate of FIRE Education (one day at HQ)
Owners- Must complete both of the certifications mentioned above and attend owner specific training at HQ (An additional one day)
History
Our first location which is now our Headquarters opened in Plover, WI in 2014. It almost instantly became apparent that the FIRE program should be offered all over Wisconsin. The founder and CEO, Hans Hartleben, lives the brand and still manages the franchise company AND the HQ gym in Plover on a daily basis.
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate LOVES the FIRE brand! We only award franchise licenses to those who can (are willing to) follow our proven path of application and ongoing operations. We do NOT accept absentee owners! You must be willing to work inside the studio as a coach or GFM.
We are looking for those who have a passion for truly helping others succeed. Our incredible income potential is only made possible when all the steps are completed and clients are being delivered the most phenomenal workout experience on the planet!
