We pay you monthly your royalty earned checks regardless of collections on the accounts.

    Through the implementation, our plan will be to devote our full resources to help you expand the brand and look to diversify your business into areas such as Hospital facilities, School Systems, Correctional facilities, Military locations including VA Hospitals and such, we will also look to secure any other medical staffing needs at a local, statewide and federal level. At a local level you will focus on the recruitment side of the business and relationship building with Long Term Care facilities and other medical based business like Primary care physicians, walk in clinics, medical laboratories and so forth.

    History

    The owners of the business started their careers in Healthcare Staffing in 1982. We have been very successful over the years growing businesses both in the Home Care Industry and the Medical Staffing industry. Franchising since the 1990's and still growing in the Healthcare Staffing.

    Training And Support

    Funding of the payroll for the Healthcare Associates working in the field

    We provide Human Resource support to provide guidance with all recruitment efforts by your local staff, we have vendor relations with multiple sites including Indeed, GlassDoor, CareerBuilder, Monster and a few others, we will assist you in identifying the best option for your market.

    We have a credit and collections team to support you, they will do credit checks on potential clients identified by you in your market, we check their credit worthiness as well. After the invoices are generated and submitted to the clients, we do the follow up to make sure the accounts are paid.

    We have a contracts department that provides template contracts for new clients, as well as reviews those contracts that the client wishes for us to sign.

    Technical support, we have vendors that are utilized in regards to various technology including but not limited to Applicant Tracking systems which help you manage your business, onboarding software as an HR function, a local website for your business and support on that website for local marketing.

    We have an RN on staff who is the VP of Nursing, she handles and oversees the quality assurance of the business.

    We have an operations team who works directly with the owners and their local staff, from initial and ongoing training and support to the business with weekly calls and operational reviews and any other assistance that the franchisee is looking for.
