Competition:

There is one day spa, but it offers limited days and hours of operation. They close at 5 PM and are only open Tue-Fri. We are open Sun-Sat, 8 AM-7 PM by appointment and 9 AM-5 PM for front desk transactions. We are usually fully booked on Fri- Sun, with a wait list.

Growth & Expansion:

High visibility from the street. Between the lobby, guest waiting area, and break room, and the oversized couples rooms, there is plenty of square footage to remodel to add more treatment rooms. We have many requests for evening appointments, so there is an opportunity to add staff for a night shift. Adding a medical director could significantly increase income for med-spa services.

The Owner/Manager will stay on staff for three months to make the transition easier, and then be available by phone for three months after. The current full-time Wellness Coordinator would make a fantastic Manager, and there is already $75K/year in the P&L to cover her salary. She currently makes $30K/year.
