DefendIT, Inc. (“DII”) (pseudonym) provides managed Information Technology (“IT”) services throughout the West Coast. Over its several decades in business, DII has developed a diverse and broad base of clientele, some of which have been with the Company since its inception. There is no material customer concentration. YTD revenue is split at 78% recurring, 16% product sales and about 5% in projects.

A team of highly skilled personnel deliver excellent experiences to a select professional services clientele which generates long term, recurring revenue for DII.
