Works with US Government and industrial organizations to implement and support strategic energy management systems.
Owner’s day to day: is 5-6 hrs/day supervising and servicing customers along with business development and bids.
Traveling 1-2x/mo 4-5 days for customer relationship and events
Owner willing to continue doing business development but have the owner take over the 5-6 hours/day. This transition will be done over 6-9 months (or more if needed).
No other government contractor is offering these specialized services, and this is recurring business on contract.
LOCATION
Relocate anywhere. This can be a home-based business. Travel nationally.
EXPENSES
All contractor labor employees that flex with the business needs.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Owner will train but the ideal buyer will have experience in energy efficiency and organizational transformation. Seller will work with Buyer to learn the processes and develop competency as well as be introduced to clients and key partners.
TRANSITION
Contracts will be gradually transitioned. Buyer would be invited to meetings, CC’d on mails, introduced to clients, etc as the ramp up and the contracts pass over.
