Facilities:

Our services center around "Belle", our 1963 Chevrolet C-10 panel truck with an Integrated Tap System capable of dispensing beer, wine, batch cocktails & non-alcoholic options via 5 taps. Our Tap Truck has an on-board cooling system for dispensing beverages, CO2 and Nitrogen Gas Systems, and does not require access to power at events. The truck currently sports a custom wrap, and we have a clear Texas title for the truck issued in our company name. Sale includes all current assets which include (partial list): dual bay frozen margarita machine, POS System for events, service bars, ice chests, corny kegs, jockey boxes, cleaning equipment, branded tap handles & tons of other related bartending equipment. (Current financials and asset lists are available to interested parties, but will require an executed NDA). All equipment is currently stored at our home in Royse City, Texas. (Home Based)

Competition:

We truly have a unique concept! We receive consistent feedback at every event which includes, "What a great idea & Why didn't I think of this?". We have yet to encounter anyone who can match the nostalgia associated with our truck, which steals the show at every event. Occasionally, we cross paths with other services utilizing horse trailers or RV's to attempt to create a similar experience, but our customers tell us that it just isn't the same. Since inception in 2021, we have serviced over 130 events for Fortune 500 corporate customers, HOA's, private events, and even the US Military. We consistently out rank all competitors on Google as a result of the strong SEO provided by Tap Truck USA. To date, $0 have been spent on marketing.

Growth & Expansion:

We have operated our Tap Truck as a part-time, "side hustle" since the start. On average we service 2-3 events per month. We often turn down events due to lack of availability resulting from our full time careers. Fall is the busiest season, and we have traditionally taken Dec/Jan off for time with the family. As for expansion, we have tons of requests for hot beverage services in the Winter (truck is capable of this) and the business needs someone with a creative, social media mind-set. Within the past two years, we have also began attending festivals & small concerts offering sell by the glass opportunities via a partnership with a local brewery. These events offer huge earnings potential & significant impact to the bottom line. We have a growing list of repeat customers, with some using us over 5 different times to date. We have also seen a significant increase in demand from corporate customers seeking weekday events, which can present a challenge to us.

Support & Training:

Current owners agree to a transition period (minimum of 60 days) and will assist with an agreed upon number of events alongside the new owners. Tap Truck North Texas operates under a licensing agreement with Tap Truck USA which will be transferred to the new owner. The licensing agreement provides: defined territory of Dallas, Collin & Rockwall Counties, Brand & Trademark protection, marketing support, website hosting, and continued opportunities to learn via monthly owner's meetings and connections with other owners in Texas and throughout the US. License agreement requires a contractually agreed upon, small annual fee payable to Tap Truck USA. Our territory has been recognized by Tap Truck USA as the "Branch of the Month" on two separate occasions and currently operates in perfect standing under our license agreement. Roughly 50% of our current leads are produced via the marketing efforts of Tap Truck USA and additional assistance is available to owners.
