Expertise includes commercial real estate, storefront, curtain walls, glass doors and hardware, and service work. The project-based nature of the work naturally leads to some concentration on a year-to-year basis, but long-established relationships and a superior reputation ensure a continuous pipeline of new work. Importantly, the Company has several “no bid” relationships with general contractors. In addition, the Company is consistently asked to bid on over a dozen projects weekly and chooses to submit for only a subset of those RFPs by choice, meaning the opportunity for ready growth exists should a new owner choose to pursue it.
