Practice completes approximately 150 Individual tax returns, 250 LLC's and partnership tax returns, and 100 corporate and other tax returns generating over $1,000,000 in tax services. There are few small clients bookkeeping and accounting services generating over $ 200,000 in accounting services. Most clients upload tax documents to portal. There are hand full of clients who come to office once a year. Office is located in class A building on Wilshire Blvd. near UCLA. Office lease will expire June 2028.
Seller will prefer a buyer who is a local California CPA and has an existing established business and well staffed with capacity to take on new acquisition. THIS IS NOT PASSIVE BUSINESS INVESTMENT.
