When we represent companies on the sell-side, our goal is to facilitate an auction environment in which the seller realizes the highest value by selling to the most qualified and fitting buyer.

*Buy-Side Engagements for strategic acquirers, private equity groups and individuals. If your goal is to acquire a company or companies, you needn't wait passively for deals to come to you. Such a strategy will most likely lead you to an auction table where the seller will be dictating the price and terms of the deal. When we represent buyers our goal is to facilitate the acquisition of companies not currently on the market--i.e. to facilitate proprietary deal flow to our clients.
About

Mr. Kruse has been in the brokerage industry for over twenty years. He began his career while in graduate school in southern California in the early 1980's and has brokered hundreds of transactions ranging from $50,000 to $50,000,000.

Mr. Kruse received his BA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1984, his MA from Fuller (FTS), and his professional business sales and M&A training through The IBBA University.

During the mid-80'S Mr. Kruse was among the top transaction brokers of investment real estate in Southern California. In the 90'S he owned and managed a small boutique real estate firm in Madison that he sold prior to starting Kruse Acquisitions,LLC where he focuses entirely on business sales, mergers & acquisitions.
