Thomas Manglaviti serves as President of MC Business Advisors, dedicated to helping business owners
achieve successful transitions while maximizing the value of their business. With extensive experience in
acquisitions and value creation, Thomas runs the operations of MCBA.

Thomas has successfully acquired and structured large, complex real estate transactions, developing a
deep understanding of valuation, negotiation, and deal execution. This experience translates seamlessly to
the business brokerage space, where his expertise in analyzing assets, identifying opportunities, and
navigating multifaceted transactions ensures his clients are positioned for success.

Thomas holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BS in Business Management from Providence College.
