Terie Salinas joins ProNova Partners as Chief Operations Officer bringing her polished and proven leadership skills to spearhead the multilateral expansion initiative, pilot and grow a team of strong proactive advisors, and populate the already lengthy list of satisfied business owners ProNova has served.Ms. Salinas brings years of respected hands-on leadership experience in the development of new business, strategic and branded marketing; the success of which enabled her to close countless high-value transactions. Ms. Salinas built her career upon the principle of integrity, by promoting the value of communication, and believes that progress is achieved only when innovative thoughts and actions are implemented.Previously, Ms. Salinas has held numerous leadership roles; serving as President of Altair Yacht Group, on the California Yacht Broker’s Association board and as dealer/ principle for Integrity Group, which specializing in repositioning late model and collectible vehicles. And it all started with her ownership of Powertrain Industries (PTR).Ms. Salinas began her career at PTR Industries fresh out of college. She held various positions at the company; working her way through sales and marketing positons to become the director of operations within her first year of employment. When the opportunity arose to purchase the business, Ms. Salinas rose to the challenge and made the company profitable by establishing key Fortune 500 clients and establishing lasting relationships from which the growth and success of the company was based.Ms. Salinas has spent 25 years in either an ownership or principle position as an executive officer in a variety of industries, primarily Automotive, Yachting, Recreational RVs, financial services, and textiles. She has a deep-rooted understanding of branding, marketing and sales, wholesale, OEM, leasing, and of the luxury goods and services market.A Southern Californian native, Ms. Salinas is a graduate of Woodbury University; she holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business, with a minor in Marketing, an Associate’s Degree (AA) in Fashion Marketing, and has attended various executive education extension programs at USC and CSULB. She holds a California Real Estate license and just for fun, maintains her Yacht Broker’s license.
