Sarah Delano brings over 14 years of Real Estate experience to the SVN Marina Team. She began her career in residential sales in Palm Beach County, FL before pursuing her Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Upon graduation, she focused her attention on Commercial Sales and Leasing, Property Management, and Multifamily Acquisitions throughout the Northern Virginia Region. She received her Virginia Real Estate Broker’s License in March of 2020 and shortly after became the Principal Broker of her firm. There, she provided successful hands-on management and guidance to owners, tenants, investors and sellers, fostering meaningful relationships while creating and adding value.

Most recently, Sarah relocated from Virginia to her home State of Florida, where she is applying her knowledge and experience in Real Estate to the marina & marine brokerage specialty. Sarah is an avid boater and passionate about all things marine related. Having received her Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in January of 2023, Sarah is now ready to take on new challenges and opportunities alongside her fellow SVN Advisors.
