He has deep roots in the industry; his Great Grandfather Alex Lipert first opened up a service and filling station when he immigrated to America from Poland.
Prior to joining the PRG team, Ryan spent 10 years in gas station construction, service, maintenance, and environmental compliance. Additionally, he spent 5 years leading operations for a retail petroleum technology startup.
It is this background that compliments his petroleum real estate transaction support services with broad and extensive expertise in petroleum fuel systems. This expertise proves invaluable in navigating the complicated and sensitive nature of petroleum real estate.
