Background:
Reuel "Ruly" Couch, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Board Certified Business Appraiser (BCBA), has been successfully selling restaurants and related entities in the Valley and throughout Arizona for over forty years. As Broker/President, his experience and knowledge of the restaurant industry, based on over 600 transactions, are tremendous assets to his clients.

AJ Edelstein is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and partner in The Restaurant Brokers. With over 25 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, his expertise covers a wide range of disciplines, from site selection and feasibility studies to project management, pre/grand opening strategies and an overall operational knowledge of food, beverage, entertainment, and marketing. In addition to corporate multi-unit experience, he has owned and operated his own bars, restaurants, hospitality management and consulting companies.

Zach Couch, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and the newest member of The Restaurant Brokers team, is no stranger to the fast pace, on the go, work environment of our company. He has grown up observing the passion, commitment and rewards associated with the ins and outs of the restaurant brokerage industry from his father, Reuel. Zach has over six years of management experience working as a top salesman with action sports retailer, Zumiez. He has acquired valuable Social Media and Networking skills that help add a youthful perspective to the company. In addition to overseeing the marketing and promotion of our Listings, Zach is involved in all areas of the Listing and Sale process for our clients and available to assist in any way. In his spare time, Zach enjoys mountain biking, guitar, golf, snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.
