Rina, a proud Colorado Native, has nurtured a deep-rooted passion for guiding business owners and potential buyers in transactions within the restaurant industry throughout her career. She has over 15 years of people management and business consulting experience. With many connections in the industry, and her involvement in numerous restaurant business transfers, Rina has a solid foundation of experience that brings service excellence to the table. 

Rina began managing in Restaurants in 2008 with Firehouse Subs, having worked for other brands previously. She helped grow the Firehouse Subs brand in her area, from 1 location to 38 locations by 2018. In 2013, Rina took the lead operations role in her area, as a Franchise Business Consultant("FBC") where she assisted numerous restaurant owners in maximizing their profitability, and developing their teams. In 2017 Rina also acquired ownership as a partner in the company. In her role as an FBC, Rina was responsible for assisting franchisees, full circle, beginning with the start up process, including site selection, weekly construction site visits, vendor ordering, training staff, grand or soft openings, and ongoing support, including expanding and exiting strategies.
