I have loved business since I was 12 years old and watched my father and grandfather run successful small businesses. In the past 30 years I’ve owned businesses from my first – a catering truck and route -- to my biggest - the largest condominium and property management company in the state.
I have a proven track record in franchising, service businesses, and real estate. I’ve been a senior level executive in the IT industry for over 20 years and worked for companies in computer distribution, reselling computers and services, e-commerce and software.
I became a business broker and mergers and acquisitions specialist because I derive great pleasure in helping businesses and individuals achieve their professional goals. I love that my work as a business broker allows me to capitalize on the lessons I have learned over the past 30 years.

When I engage with a client, I am there for them every step of the way. I become part of their team and am in constant communication throughout the entire transaction. It’s not uncommon for me to be on the phone with or meeting face to face with a client at any time day or night. That’s just part of what I do and something from which I derive great satisfaction.
When my clients require expertise in another business area, I frequently call upon my extensive network of business contacts to assist them. This network includes CPAs, attorneys, wealth advisors, banks and SBA lending institutions.
Nothing is more gratifying to me than assisting a buyer or seller achieve their dream – whether it is a baby boomer retiring to a tropical island or a recent MBA grad buying and managing their first business.
