Paul has a rich background in both large corporate and small company settings. He has held senior-level leadership positions in marketing, sales, and strategic business development. During his corporate career, Paul worked for several large ($2.2B-$400MM) and small manufacturing companies ($1.5 - $50MM), serving as Chief Marketing Officer & General Manager, CMO & SVP Corporate Strategy, and President & CEO.
Since leaving the corporate world, Paul has focused on helping small business owners accelerate results as a Fractional CMO and consultant. He has owned and operated multiple (5) small businesses. In total, he was involved in over 15 M&A transactions valued at over $2B prior to becoming a business broker. He also has an MBA in Marketing / Strategic Operations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
