Prior to joining Transworld Hilton Head, Pat had a 25-year career working for multinational companies. He served in both CFO and General Management roles where he was responsible for businesses ranging from $70M to $550M in Revenue. He has international management experience managing global operations, with multi country, multi-site operations as well as living abroad in Singapore and Canada.
Pat negotiated and managed corporate acquisitions and divestures in Canada, USA and Japan with businesses ranging in size from $1M to $75M.
After leaving the corporate world Pat started his own consultancy providing strategic advice to clients. Pat successfully negotiated a licensing agreement between European client and major supplier to the mining industry and supported Private Equity firms in evaluation of acquisition targets in mining space. In addition, Pat has owned several franchise businesses in the Quick Service Restaurant and Signage industry.
Pat has tremendous experience in bringing sellers and buyers together. He is exceptionally versed in the valuation and the sale process and in taking businesses and franchises to market.
Pat has a Undergraduate Degree in Business and MBA degree from Laurentian University (Canada) and is a graduate of the London Business School Senior Executive Leadership Program.
