I spent years working in corporate finance and strategy, working for a Fortune 100 company, a billion-dollar private equity owned company, and even a non-profit organization. I{ve had the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives ranging from real estate strategy and operational improvement to capital planning, performance optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations. This has given me a well-rounded perspective on what drives value in a business, and how to improve it.

Now, I bring that experience to business owners who are preparing for one of the most important financial decisions of their lives: buying or selling a business.

I work closely with owners to help them understand what a business is worth, identify opportunities to grow that value, and develop a smart, strategic plan to move forward.
