Nick is a blossoming M&A advisor, with a track record of success in the business world stemming from a 7 year stint in New York City’s construction industry. Working for a premier union subcontractor with projects across the Tri-State area, he built his understanding of foundational business principles through design-build proposals, contract negotiations, and the tracking of internal project costs as they related to the company’s overall financial health and success.

Nick has a passion for advising his M&A clients in the Lower Middle Market, working with them to achieve their exit strategies, or their goals for the future. A true problem solver, Nick leverages the insights of his professional background while working as a seller specialist to those looking to exit their business. He has been a Business Intermediary with Boss Group for 2 years.

Nick is a Gator, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2013, with a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Nick is a proud husband to his beautiful wife of 8 years, and father to his two young sons.
