Prior to Kendall Capital Group, Mike spent 5 years with a national firm. He was recognized as Top Producer in 2014 and 2016 and earned his CMAI designation.

Mike founded KPG (Kendall Placement Group) in 1995, a staffing and consulting business. In 10 years, Mike was able to grow KPG to upwards of 12 million in revenue with multiple offices and a staff of 125 professionals. In 2006, Mike oversaw the merger of KPG into a national staffing company based in Detroit. KPG has been ranked as one of St. Louis’ fastest growing private companies three years in a row by the “St. Louis Business Journal” and nationally recognized in the Top 100 fastest growing IT Staffing Firms by “The Talent Economy”. In addition to building KPG, Mike has served as a business consultant and trainer to numerous corporations on developing and improving their contingent staffing strategies, improving their financial management systems, handling mergers & acquisitions, and acquiring outside capital.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University. He is a private pilot and holds high performance, complex endorsement, and an instrument rating.
