Luke Pell joined Commercial Plus in 2021 as director of site selection and works with a variety of clientele in multiple markets growing their operations footprint. In addition to his time at Commercial Plus, Luke is a small business/franchise owner in Kentucky and active board member for two national non-profit organizations (Operation Light Shine and CreatiVets). Prior to commercial real estate, Luke was widely known for his time in reality TV and country music. Outside of the entertainment world he gained experience in the leadership/business consulting industry with the Flippen Group working with Fortune 500 companies across the nation as well as multiple years as a project manager in the oil/gas sector with Chesapeake Energy. Leading up to his time in corporate America, Luke spent five years in the United States Army as an officer and deployed to Afghanistan as a lieutenant. His time in the military was spent in several different organizations and leadership cultures including units within the historic 101st Airborne Division and Division West First Army. He left active duty at the rank of Captain. It is Luke’s personal mission to spend everyday making a positive, purposeful, impact on all the relationships and interactions in his sphere of influence.
