Kimberly Fetzer is a Florida Business Broker for Green & Co, focused on helping customers buy and sell businesses throughout the state. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate brokerage to her role at Green & Company. She built her career at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in complex multifamily transactions and earning a reputation for guiding deals seamlessly from contract to closing. In just five years, Kimberly managed the contract-to-close process for 220 properties totaling $6.2 billion in sales.

She knows from experience that identifying a buyer is just the beginning—the majority of the work, and risk, comes after an offer is accepted. Kimberly’s expertise lies in anticipating and resolving issues before they become deal killers, maintaining strict attention to detail, and keeping deals on track. She is equally passionate about teaching and guiding customers through the process, so they achieve the best possible results with as little stress as possible. Her hands-on approach ensures clarity, minimizes costly delays, and increases certainty of closing for every transaction she serves.

Originally from Indianapolis, Kimberly now lives in Florida with her husband and daughter. In addition to her brokerage work, she owns vacation condos and serves on the Board of Directors for Harbourside at Marker 33 in Indian Rocks Beach. Her professional expertise combined with personal investment experience gives her a unique perspective on both sides of a transaction, allowing her to deliver the oversight, guidance, and results her customers expect.
