Joseph Dominguez holds a Bachelor degree in Geoscience from Hamilton College where he focused on scientific business applications. His journey has taken him from guiding startups and advising medium-sized businesses to achieve rapid and sustainable growth, to founding his own company and transforming it into a thriving business with 150 employees within its first three years. Along the way, he successfully navigated complex change management at the employee level, while also spearheading ownership-level negotiations during multiple mergers and acquisitions. During his professional career, Joseph mastered skill sets as an operational leader, entrepreneur, and business consultant with over a decade of experience building, managing, and growing businesses across a range of industries, including financial technology, marketing, supply chain, food and beverage, and agriculture.

After moving to Nashville with his family, Joseph is using his comprehensive knowledge of business design and scaling strategies to guide business sellers towards their best possible outcomes.
