Jeff Pavone is a leading advisor to the car wash industry, successfully completing more than $2 billion in car wash-related transactions. A lifelong entrepreneur, Jeff is the owner of Commercial Plus Group and Amplify Car Wash Advisors. Under his leadership, Commercial Plus quickly scaled to a market leader at the forefront of M&A advisory, real estate brokerage, and financing for the car wash industry, completing complex transactions for some of the most well-known and widely respected car wash chains in the country. Leveraging his longstanding relationships with owners and operators, Jeff partnered with car wash veteran Bill Martin in early 2020 to launch Amplify Car Wash Advisors, building on the Commercial Plus foundation to address the evolving needs of car wash owners and operators. Jeff’s professional experience is in-depth and widespread. Previous to entering the commercial real estate arena, he was the co-founder and vice president/director of sales and e-commerce for Law.com, a destination web site for the legal community. He assisted in the sale of Law.com to American Lawyer Media, the largest legal publisher in the United States. In addition, Jeff was founder and president of National Law Resource, Inc. and lawstuff.com. Jeff also founded medical.com. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Jeff and his wife, Susan, have five children and reside in the beautiful Southwest.
