Skills include, operating a commercial HVAC business for 30 years managing day to day operations, supervision of employees, project management, customer and vendor relationships, contract negotiations with private, City, County, and State entities.

Obtaining her Texas Real Estate license in 2004 Heather has worked with buyers, sellers, tenants as well as investors contracting on residential and commercial real estate and land sells and purchases. Also, working with investors to obtain distressed properties, renovate them and get them back on the market.

Married 31 years with 3 grown children and 1 grandchild, Heather likes to spend her free time enjoying life with her family and friends.
