Gabriel E. Vázquez Díaz is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from San Juan, Puerto Rico and a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida at Berkowitz Acquisitions. His career in sales, management, and consulting has provided him with the experience to specialize in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the distribution and wholesale industries, with a specific focus in the medical and healthcare sector.

As a CPA and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), he has proven to meet the rigorous educational, experience, and ethical requirements to provide safe and high-quality service to the public, significantly distinguishing him within the M&A field. The IBBA is the largest international non-profit association operating exclusively for the professional development and standards of excellence for individuals and firms engaged in business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Vázquez earned multiple awards and recognitions as a high performer in several sales, management, and consulting positions in various companies such as Cutco Corporation, Vector Marketing, and former BDO Puerto Rico.

Mr. Vázquez earned his Bachelor's Degree in accounting and marketing from the AACSB Accredited College of Business Administration of the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer licensed by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, who is passionate about the scientific background of physical training and of the Fitness and Wellness industry.

He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and has presence in Florida and Puerto Rico, servicing both areas.
