Includes commercial real estate acquisition, business acquisition, partner buy-outs, start-up’s, franchise, refinancing, and construction lending both within home State of Florida and national scale.
In 2022, Denise achieved the CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), one of the most rigorous and respected credentials in commercial real estate.
