Brad Kaplan is Vice President of Maine Business Brokers. He has a thirty year track record as a business intermediary, handling valuation and sales of larger businesses. Brad was co-founder of Mathurin & Kaplan, a mid-market mergers and acquisitions firm in Portland for twenty years.

He is a licensed real estate broker in Maine and New Hampshire, obtained a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and his M.B.A. from Bryant College in Rhode Island. His additional background in commercial bank lending gives him an in-depth understanding of business valuation and business transfer issues of closely held family businesses.
