I am a career commercial real estate professional having worked with several national firms including CBRE, Colliers, SVN, KW Commercial and eXp Commercial since entering the industry in 1984.

I have had a wide range of experience in commercial real estate including leasing and sales in office, retail, industrial, multi-family, self-storage and medical properties, land sales for industrial, hospitality and residential development, and business sales.

Prior to joining eXp Commercial and founding bXb Business Brokers, I founded Kulshan Commercial Investment Real Estate, started the commercial division for 7 Seattle area KW Commercial offices operating out of Bellingham, owned and operated a Sperry Van Ness franchise in Utah, and opened the Park City office for Colliers Commerce CRG.

I founded and operated Park City Commercial before serving as the Director of Commercial Real Estate for Prudential Utah.

I started my career with Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CBRE) in 1984 after graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore. Additionally, I worked in Site Acquisitions nationally in the automobile emissions inspection industry, PCS mobile communications (cell towers), oil shale, large scale wind projects and solar installations.

Throughout my career in commercial real estate, I have stayed active within the community as well. I served as Charter President of the Rotary Club of Park City Sunrise, Charter President of the Rotary Club of Towsontowne, and started the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program in Utah.

I was the Charter President of the Park City Toastmasters Club, served as Charter Chair of Park City Singers, and was a member of Class 6 of Leadership Park City and the Class of 2016 in Leadership Skagit.

I also served as a Steering Committee or Board Member of the American Friends Service Committee, Quaker Earthcare Witness, the Bellingham Human Rights Film Festival, and Sustainable Bellingham, among others.

In addition to mentoring new to the business commercial real estate brokers, I have recently started a business brokerage firm to provide M&A Advisory services for the “middle market”. This is a rapidly emerging business transactional services sector.
