This is an asset sale of a personalized gift and sublimation printing business that operated for more than a decade on a major online handmade marketplace. The catalog covers personalized baby blankets, recipe and kitchen towels, monogrammed door mats, first and last day of school boards, door hangers and drinkware, each customized by name, monogram, color and font at the time of order.

The current owners bought the business in 2024 and ran it themselves until March 2026, when they stopped operating to prepare for retirement. It is not running today. The asking price is built on the assets, the design library and the training rather than on earnings, and historical results are shown for reference only.
What transfers is the production line and the intellectual property: two 44 inch dye sublimation printers, a wide format heat press, mug presses, a CNC router, a serger and finishing equipment, all owned free and clear and inventoried item by item, plus 142 catalogued designs with the master art files behind them, the vendor list, the customer list and a per product cost workbook. There is no lease and no facility. The assets are stored and available for pickup at closing.
Strengths:
- A complete production line rather than a starter kit. Two 44 inch dye sublimation printers, a wide format heat press, mug presses, a serger and a CNC router, owned free and clear and inventoried item by item.
- 142 catalogued designs across six product categories, with the master art files, fonts and cut files behind them.
- Documented unit economics. The owners maintain a per product cost and margin workbook covering every product line, and it conveys with the sale.
- A vendor list built over a decade, with contacts, part numbers, order minimums and negotiated pricing.
- 120 hours of owner training included in the price, with up to 40 additional hours available.
Growth opportunities:
The catalog is built around Thanksgiving, Christmas, teacher gifts and back to school. The rest of the calendar was never developed. Local and wholesale channels, including schools, universities, boutiques and corporate merchandise, were never pursued, and the one off custom work already in the portfolio shows the capability is there. For a buyer already running a print or ecommerce operation, the equipment and the design library fold in without new overhead. These are opportunities the current owners did not pursue, not forecasts.
Well suited for an owner operator with design or ecommerce experience, or an existing print or ecommerce shop that can fold the equipment and the design library into an operation already running.
