BizBuySell.com has launched a new feature that will help business owners and values determine a fair price of a certain business, based on factors such as kind of shop and location, Convenience Store News reported.
BizBuySell, which is a website dedicated to buying and selling small businesses, takes information from the more than 48,000 current businesses for sale and more than 30,000 recently-sold businesses to get the data for the new feature, called a Valuation Report.
''The value of a particular business is something almost all business owners and buyers are curious about, but have not had this level of access to in the past,'' said Mike Handelsman, general manager of BizBuySell, in a statement. ''By using the free Valuation Report, all business sellers and buyers now have a place to start, which greatly simplifies the process of selling or buying a business.''
