Food Service Company With Commanding Market Share In Growing Region The Company doing business as two separate DBA’s is for sale. In 2017, it catered roughly 55 special events, the majority of which were weddings, over the course of a six-month operating season. Typically, the operating season starts in early May and ends in late October. THE COMPANY caters a handful of Christmas parties in December each year. Frequently providing servings for as high as $80 to $100 per person, THE COMPANY’s 2016 average price per serving was $53. It has four healthy profit centers: food, service, beverage, and food service equipment rental. The catering company has a veteran staff and is equipped to independently provide professional, efficient, upscale food and beverage services for 500 servings in a day or 1000 servings in a week. Served street style, the other company provides a well-prepared Mexican inspired menu.
