The company maintains remote vehicle pick-up locations throughout New England as well, where vehicles are stored and made available for unattended customer pickups. So, the SDE of $876,000 is above and beyond the interest and depreciation less gains, which is usually backed out in an EBITDA calculation. 3) QUALIFICATION: In order to qualify as a buyer for this business you will need liquid cash of over $500,000 for a down payment with bank financing and a net worth of at least $1.5m.
