It’s VERY easy to drive past this pizza restaurant & not even notice it. They have good reviews & serve a good product. They also have a long history at this location. They just need to let more people have the opportunity to try the food. On Google reviews, they have 4.2 out of 5 stars & some reviews even refer to it as a “hidden gem” & “best kept secret”, which is more evidence that having better signage will definitely help. Another area of opportunity is expanding the hours of operation & open during lunch & stay open later. They’re not open for lunch at all, which limits the catering orders to only evenings and they’re only open until 9pm Sun – Thurs & until 10:30pm on Fridays & Saturdays but they stop taking orders at 10pm. Most carryout & delivery pizza restaurants are open later, especially on Fridays & Saturdays & they’re usually open for lunch. This is a big area of opportunity, along with adding some better signage to capture all the traffic going past the front door. They also have an outdated website that probably doesn’t get much online traffic. The website says they don’t offer any daily specials while many of their competitors have daily specials such as $10 large one topping Tuesdays. They also only take orders by phone while many of their competitors have newer websites that allow orders to be placed online, so updating the website to allow people to order online will allow this pizza restaurant to compete better with other businesses in the area. Expanding the limited menu could help as well. Yes, you could certainly find a pizza restaurant that does more in sales however, the rent will be higher and the price will be higher too.
