Our franchisees primarily come from corporate or business backgrounds. We're looking for those that can excel in managing teams. Candidates must be ambitious, have fortitude and be looking to build a large business. Although not needed, 65% of our franchisees are MBA's which goes to show the attractiveness of our sophisticated model.

Providing House Cleaning Services for More Than 40 Years with over 225 locations, TCA is widely recognized for our commitment to serving our customers while staying friendly to the environment. We have a history of excellence and dedication to our clients through providing professional and high-quality house cleaning services across America.

Training And Support

We start with an initial two-week training course at TCA’s corporate headquarters in Columbia, MD. Time will be spent in the classroom learning the software, insurance, marketing programs, etc., in clients’ homes, and in a franchisee’s unit learning what “a day in the life” would be.

Your success is our success, which is why we offer all of our franchisees a variety of support options. Our operations staff that supports you from launch to maturity comprises your peers – other top-performing franchisees who have seen it all and literally done it all before.
