I am the owner of a mechanical servicing firm specializing in the rehabilitation of large diameter water/wastewater valves, sluice gates, pumps/motors, and electrical actuators. My professional experience has been in the water/wastewater business (previously I worked for an Engineering Consulting business prior to starting this business); however, the standard operating procedures for performing mechanical rehabilitation services can be applied to other industries including oil & gas, nuclear, power, etc. Currently, I work part-time; however I would be more than willing to provide additional contacts I have with Water Distribution Professionals from my previous Consulting business. I am willing to help the prospective buyer in anyway to ensure that he/she is successful and completely satisfied with the transaction. With that being said, I am willing to provide a six (6) week transitional period, and will be available after for any subsequent support/training that may be required. The preferred buyer would be someone with a prior experience performing rehabilitation services for valves, pumps/motors, and other mechanical structures.
