We represent a Company with existing US and Overseas Military Defense Customers, which has created proprietary and patented technologies in Military-Grade, shock-proof and ‘ruggedized’, high capacity removable / external drives (HDD and SSD based). The Company holds three patents on these technologies in the 3.5” form-factor (up to 12TB+ storage) and 2.5” form-factor (up to 6TB storage) that is by-and-far ahead of its competition in its shock resistance capabilities and storage capacity. As of today, the technologies of the Company’s products have now been integrated into the designs of leading agencies for the US Government and the Australian Government. The Company also offers a proprietary Docking Bay, where these drives can also be used in system integration (as an alternative to strictly stand-alone), and are essentially universal for rack/tower usage, while offering ‘hot-swap’ capabilities. There are no products available in the market today with this combination of protection and high storage capacity, with the versatility of both stand-alone or usage in a rack/tower via Docking Bay. Beginning in 2001, the Company was able to see stable and healthy growth until 2013. The RFP’s that the Company gained with Defense Contractors brought them to a height in revenue in 2009; for that year a Top Line of $1.5M. During this time, their focus was in R&D to expand on an already rock-solid product line, and in developing deeper relationships with their current clients as opposed to marketing to gain additional clients in other parts of the World. The Company’s clients have included all branches of the US Government and many major Tier 1 Primes in the US, as well as agencies in Australia, Israel, and Canada, and are still in contact with and fulfilling orders with Tier 1’s. Some of these customers are dependent on the Company’s exact form factor and specs and will be for years to come as they have been integrated with the product designs these groups utilize. A few key points: the marketplace for commercial removable drives is a $100M marketplace, and these products with their capabilities have the ability to capture a significant portion, if not a major portion of this marketplace. The Company is considered a FIPS 140-2 Compliant Supplier, able to tout over 50% gross margin on its products, and since its inception have less than 1% failure rate with continuous reduction in RMAs in evolutionary product lines to the point that one product had only 1 RMA in a shipment of nearly 1,000 units. A properly outlined marketing campaign of the Company’s available products would generate a beyond-impressive return for any group with an established sales and marketing infrastructure and/or access to these networks, or the ability to access these networks needing these products. Additionally, the Company is in position to announce a 3.5” form-factor, ruggedized hard disk drive with a 16TB storage capacity, all while offering over 480% higher shock protection than the competition! This is a proven and patented technology for shock protection and can also be expanded into protecting other devices; designed beyond only protecting hard-drive applications! Alternatives available in their current market cannot offer the same level of shock resistance and high-capacity for HDD and SSD products. It has been established that Governmental clients and other clients in other service markets are in need of this technology.
