The window cleaning market has had a lot of new companies the past 5 years, but mainly in surrounding areas like Fort Lauderdale, Miami Gardens, etc. We are the most prominent company in the most wealthy neighborhoods like coral gables, Palmetto Bay, pinecrest, Kendall, and Miami Shores.

Growth & Expansion:

There’s lots of growth and opportunities to be had even just within our existing customer base. We have slowed down the last 2 years as we have wanted to step back from the company a bit more, but one could easily invest the time to get it back to over $80,000 per month like else did in 2024 within our existing customer list. Also one can upsell other services to our trusted customer base. We also don’t do any marketing so that could really take the company to another level of revenue with our existing reputation.

Support & Training:

We can offer up to a month or more of support and training on all of our systems, services, and operations as well as introductions to all of our employees (contractors). One of our technicians is the manager so he manages everything service related. Owners currently do the customer service but it’s very little, 30 minutes a day.
