Smile every day when you own a Menchies Frozen Yogurt franchise. This purchase includes two location Sherwood and Oregon City, but I am willing to split them up if necessary. I am a motivated seller and will except offers. Covid definitely took its toll on all business, and some did not recover- we did with a lot of hard work to get it back up and running. We have had 10% increases at both locations year after year and trending stronger in 2025. To stay up with the price increases and minimum wage, we have been diligent on PPO price increases to our guests without losing cup count and average cup costs.
We currently offer, Catering, fundraising in the community, offsite events, cake sales, soon to be Acai sales and other opportunities for the buyer. I want this to be a successful business for the next owner, so I am willing to stay on for a month to make sure the transition is smooth. This is a simplistic business concept but there are many steps to make it successful. There is currently a full staff at each location that I would help secure and retain if wanted.
Sherwood has been in business for 11 years and Oregon City for 9 years. They are well established in the community.
Both locations have an option for a 5 year extended lease.
All Assets, Inventory, vehicle and merchandise are included in the purchase price. (Cash on Hand is excluded)
