FNBC® of Ohio provides access to hundreds of business listings, co-brokering with the other FNBC™ offices and it’s dozens of sales associates, nationally recognized training and mentoring, a successful operating system, and optional on-going support, which will lead FNBC® to becoming a highly respected intermediary in the northern Ohio area. FNBC® is also a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, and enthusiastically supports that organization’s activities.

FNBC® charges no front fees to Buyers or Sellers for its services, but is paid a commission by the Seller at closing on most transactions. We do accept consulting contracts from time to time, to represent Buyers, at their request, on special projects.

- Relations with the buyer and seller in the efficient completion of the due diligence activities.

Steve Miedema is founder and owner of First National Business Corporation (FNBC) of Ohio, a fully accredited affiliate office of the United States Business Brokers, Inc network of premier business brokerage offices. FNBC Ohio actively lists and sells businesses of all kinds, all sizes and all prices throughout the Sandusky, Cleveland, Mansfield and Toledo areas. Steve also is a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Ohio, allowing him to list and sell real estate related to the businesses he lists and sells. A native of Northern Ohio, Steve has had wide management experience, including serving as Division Manager of a worldwide paper manufacturing and distribution company. In that capacity Steve successfully completed integration of multiple facilities, with combined sales of $25 million, serving at various times in his career as General Manager, Administration and Credit Manager, and Operations Manager. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, with major emphasis in Finance.
