I’m a Principal Broker, Partner of AMD Custom Business Brokers, based in Rochester, New York. I’ve spent my career helping business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs achieve successful exits, acquisitions, and long-term financial growth.

At AMD, we specialize in Main Street and lower to middle-market transactions, typically representing businesses with revenues between $500K and $10M across industries such as manufacturing, service, retail, construction, distribution, and hospitality. Whether representing a family-owned business or a private equity-backed buyer, I take pride in creating a structured, transparent process that gets deals to the finish line.
Our approach is hands-on and confidential. We manage every stage of the process, from valuation and preparation to marketing, negotiations, due diligence, and closing. We work closely with accountants, attorneys, and lenders to ensure every client is protected and every opportunity maximized.
In addition to brokerage, I’m an active real estate investor and private lender, with experience structuring creative capital stacks for acquisitions, refinances, and growth. My teams handle projects from single-tenant retail to large multifamily developments and mixed-use properties throughout western and central New York.
